As a Service Engineer, you’ll have a varied and challenging role providing service and support for our robot projects in laboratory automation in the United States. From our office in Tewksbury, MA, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our product line and projects, enabling you to maintain, repair, and improve them worldwide. You will become the face of our company! Whether working independently or with colleagues, you’ll report directly to the Service Manager. 

A passion for technology combined with service excellence is essential for success in this role.

The role

You love making things easier for customers. Your technical expertise allows you to handle even the most complex issues. By ensuring optimal maintenance and resolving problems quickly, you minimize downtime for our clients.  Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining our proprietary products and systems.
- Providing on-site and remote technical support.
- Repairing and occasionally installing equipment both internally and externally.
- Keeping service records and managing inventory.
- Preparing for maintenance tasks.
- Gathering information and consulting with colleagues or external partners.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a travel-ready engineer with a hands-on attitude.
- A bachelor’s degree or associate degree wih relevant experience in mechatronics, electronics, or field service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to ad-hoc situations and tasks.
- Expertise in our products and systems to provide top-notch support, maintenance, and repair.
- A service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Initiative, a drive for self-improvement, and a desire to grow professionally.
- A valid driver’s license.
