This application is created for the user to have a perfect walk away solution for extracting DNA or RNA followed by downstream processes requiring a PCR step. The design of this system will provide an easy and accessible solution to provide the user with both a robust extraction method and a PCR workflow. The main advantage that this system will offer is minimal hands-on time which will free up the user’s time to focus on other activities. As laboratory space is a premium we have designed this setup in a way to have the smallest custom made footprint as possible. It features several state of the art liquid handling platforms as well as a fully automated qPCR instrument. Fully controlled by our innovative PlateButler® software.
